1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mobile Car Spa website (www.mobilecarspa.in) and our mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Booking and Cancellation

We strive to arrive on time for every scheduled appointment. However, exact arrival times may vary based on traffic conditions in Chennai.

• Customers must ensure adequate space around the vehicle to perform the service.
• Water and electrical supply access must be provided by the customer for doorstep services.
• You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 4 hours before the designated time without penalty.

3. Payments

Payments for all services are due upon completion. We accept standard payment methods including Cash, UPI, and major Credit/Debit Cards. Prices listed on our Website and Application are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed bookings will retain their agreed-upon price.

4. Liability

While Mobile Car Spa takes the utmost care in treating your vehicle, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose interior trim, or weak paint/clear coat flaking during our standard wash or detailing services.

Please remove all personal belongings, money, and valuable items from your vehicle prior to any type of detailing.

5. Governing Law

Any claims relating to Mobile Car Spa's website or services shall be governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
